For the crust
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
For the cheesecake
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sweetener divided into 1/3's
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites whipped
- 2 tsp cinnamon
